Books and players are mailed to and from patrons postage free. The library's collection includes fiction and nonfiction audio books and magazines for all ages.
NTBS is part of the Library of Congress' National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) network of libraries providing services to blind, visually or physically handicapped individuals.
